BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Richard Kuhlman helped develop the Advanced Medical Institute, which focuses on helping men and woman recover from and overcome sexual health problems. ‘The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) advisory committee reports that there are over 30 million impotent men in the United States and 30 million Europeans with this condition. This equates to approximately 20% of the male population in these areas.’ Richard helped develop this company because he recognized that these issues were not only a health concern, but seriously affects the emotional well being and relationships and marriages of these men and women. He was very passionate about helping couples overcome these problems and genuinely sympathized with them.
He is currently the owner and president of Z-Buxx, which specializes in recruiting and hiring agents to sell merchant services. Z-Buxx is no run-of-the-mill merchant services company. The company focuses on ‘recruiting exceptional men and women with the drive, desire and determination to create a better life for themselves.’ The creation of Z-Buxx, as well as Merchant Service University and E-Merchant Direct, was not just a conventional business start up! All three of these businesses were created with both the employees and customers as top priorities. Richard is not the kind of man who creates a business for the sole purpose of creating individual wealth, he had bigger goals in mind: Create a business that is not only extraordinary…but one that will have a lasting impact of the lives of each and every individual involved.
E-Merchant Direct was ‘founded on the principles of honesty, integrity, and outstanding service, E-Merchant Direct works directly and personally with each client to provide them with the very best and lowest cost credit card processing services and ancillary products and services that will provide a business owner with added revenue streams.’ Using the principles of Robert Kiyosaki, author of ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’, Richard believes every business owner should develop multiple revenue streams, which offer the opportunity for growth, while securing stability.
Along with Z-Buxx and E-Merchant Direct, Richard started up Merchant Service University, which was created to help busy people who are trying to start a new career. Some of the experiences that are offered to the students are small classes, interaction between students and educators, an accommodating course schedule, a collaborative, professional environment, online access to academic resources, and networking opportunities.
Even with a hectic schedule of building companies and family Richard still found time to co-auther a book for Microsoft called Share-Point Portal Server. This technology pre-dated what we know now as Google-Docs! in its time a very advance program still used today in fortune 500 companies.
Overall, Richard Kuhlman has taken each of his business ventures, and pushed forward in order to make them into something astonishing.
